摘要
目的探究血必净联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效,并对其炎性因子与免疫因子的临床影响。方法回顾性选取某院2017年2月~2019年2月接受血必净联合生长抑素治疗的急性胰腺炎的45例患者作为研究对象(联合组),同期选取单用生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的45例患者作为参照对象(对照组),观察联合组与对照组的临床疗效及炎症因子水平、外周血细胞免疫水平、体液免疫水平。结果联合组和对照组性别(男)、年龄、发病时间、Cr以及BUN水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组IL-6、IL-8、以及TNF-α炎症因子指数明显较对照组恢复明显,对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后外周血细胞免疫水平CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均优于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后体液免疫水平lgM、lgA、lgG均优于对照组,比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液联合生长抑素可有效降低急性胰腺炎患者炎性因子,提高机体免疫水平。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and its clinical effects on inflammatory and immune factors.Methods Forty-five patients with acute pancreatitis treated by Xuebijing combined with somatostatin in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects(combined group).At the same time,45 patients with acute pancreatitis treated by somatostatin alone were selected as the reference subjects(control group).The clinical efficacy factor level,peripheral blood cell immunity level and humoral immunity level of combined group and control group were observed..Results There was no significant difference in sex(male),age,onset time,Cr and BUN levels between the combined group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-alpha inflammatory factor index in the combined group recovered significantly compared with the control group,and there was significant difference in the peripheral after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+in blood cell immunity were better than those in control group(P<0.05),and the levels of lgM,lgA and lgG in combined group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with somatostatin can effectively reduce inflammatory factors in patients with acute pancreatitis and improve the immune level of the body.
