摘要
为防止钢桥在设计年限内桥面铺装受损以及桥面结构疲劳开裂,由中铁九局承建的大安北公铁立交桥改造工程采用高韧性混凝土组合桥面层进行施工,施工验收时表面无裂缝,强度符合要求。检测及试验分析结果表明,采用钢-STC组合的桥面结构比使用沥青混凝土时的桥面板横向应变平均减少89%,纵肋纵桥向应变平均降低78%,超高韧性混凝土特点为自重轻、承载能力大以及施工方便,对于该材料的实际应用具有指导性意义。
In order to prevent the damage of deck pavement and fatigue cracking of deck structure in the design period of steel bridge,the Da’anbei Railway Reconstruction Project constructed by the Ninth Bureau of China Railway adopts the high toughness concrete composite deck layer for construction,and there are no cracks on the surface during construction acceptance, and the strength meets the requirements.Based on the test and experimental analysis,it can be concluded that the transverse strain of deck with steel-STC combination is reduced by 89% on average,the longitudinal strain of longitudinal rib is reduced by 78% on average,and the super-high toughness concrete is characterized by light weight, large bearing capacity and convenient construction.It has guiding significance for the practical application of this material.
