摘要
以巴基斯坦卡拉奇核电厂二期工程为依托,进行不同掺量的石灰石粉混凝土配制试验、经济性对比分析及现场施工模拟试验等,最终配制出满足当地施工环境下的C60石灰石粉高强混凝土,该混凝土也是国内外首次单掺石灰石粉配制的C60高强混凝土。目前卡拉奇核电项目已浇筑164万m3的C60石灰石粉混凝土,强度满足设计要求、外观质量良好,证明了所配制C60石灰石粉高强混凝土的实用性及可靠性。
Based on the Phase II project of Karachi Nuclear Power Plant in Pakistan,the preparation test,economic comparison analysis and field construction simulation test of limestone powder concrete with different contents were carried out.Finally,C60 limestone powder high-strength concrete was prepared to meet the local construction environment.The concrete is the first C60 high strength concrete mixed with limestone powder at home and abroad.Currently,164 thousand cubic meters of C60 limestone powder concrete have been poured in Karachi Nuclear Power Project,and the good appearance quality of the structural concrete can meet the design requirement fully,which strongly proves the practicality and reliability of the C60 limestone powder high-strength concrete prepared.
