摘要
目的为了满足各层级人员技能培训的需要,将增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)技术融入到护理实践课程的研发与设计中,以达到推动信息化教学,提高培训效果,培养高素质综合型护理人才的目的。方法基于陆军军医大学虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设的初步成果,搭建护理实践课程研发与管理团队,设计护理信息化实践课程的学习模块。结果护理信息化实践课程开创了8小时外同质化教育的新模式,提供了以交互手段为课堂教学新方法,使得知识的学习具有情境性、交互性、实用性、同质性、适应性及创新性。结论护理信息化实践课程的研发与设计满足了各层级护理人员的学习需求,解决工学矛盾及自主学习过程中遇到的阻碍,为适应信息时代提供了新尝试。
Objective In order to meet the needs of skill training of personnel at all levels,to assimilate the Augmented Reality(AR)technology into the research and design of nursing practical course so as to promote information teaching,and improve the training effect and cultivate high-quality comprehensive nursing talents.Methods Based on the preliminary results of the construction of the virtual simulation experimental teaching center of the Army Medical University,the research and development and management team of nursing practical course was established,and the learning module of nursing practical course was designed.Results The nursing practical course realized a new mode of eight-hour out-class homogenization education and provided a new method of classroom teaching with interactive means,which made the learning of knowledge situational,interactive,practical,homogeneous,adaptable and innovative.Conclusion The research and development and design of nursing practical course meet the learning needs of nursing staff at all levels.It will solve the contradiction between work and study and obstacles encountered in the process of independent learning,and provide a new attempt to adapt to the information age.
