摘要
                
                    基于海外EPC铁路项目中的设计方视角,借鉴肯尼亚蒙巴萨—内罗毕标准轨距铁路(简称蒙内铁路)项目的成功建设经验,结合蒙内铁路项目所在地的自然条件、社会条件、建造技术水平及设计习惯等,对蒙内铁路桥涵属地化设计进行系统总结,涵盖建设项目勘察、设计及施工配合阶段,在桥涵设计标准、结构物形式选择、材料选择、水文计算、有关设计参数取值等方面,提出思路与建议,为其他类似海外工程项目减少设计风险、确保项目安全可靠实施提供参考。
                
                From the perspective of the designer of overseas EPC railway project,the successful construction experience of Mombasa-Nairobi standard gauge railway project in Kenya is introduced combined with local natural conditions,social conditions,construction technology level and traditions and,the localized design of bridges and culverts on the Mombasa-Nairobi railway is summarized,covering the survey,design and construction of the construction project.In the meanwhile,suggestions are proposed in the aspects of bridge and culvert design standard,structure form selection,material selection,hydrological calculation,definition of parameters,etc.to provide reference for other similar overseas engineering projects to reduce design risk and ensure safety and reliability of the project.
