醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉对老年急性脑出血病人神经功能、日常生活能力和血清相关指标的影响 被引量:41

摘要 目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉对老年急性脑出血病人神经功能、日常生活能力(ADL)评分和血清相关指标的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月至2018年4月收治的老年急性脑出血病人170例,按入院时间分为观察组和对照组,每组85例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组予以依达拉奉治疗,观察组予以醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗,观察并比较2组治疗前后神经功能、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、BNP、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、S100B蛋白和髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)水平。结果治疗后,2组NIHSS评分和ADL评分较治疗前明显改善,观察组改善更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组BNP、NO、MDA、NSE、S100B和MBP水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组降低更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脑静注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年急性脑出血病人效果明显,可有效保护受损脑神经元,改善神经缺损功能,提高日常生活能力,调节机体神经因子浓度,改善预后。 Objective To investigate the effects of Xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone on neurological function,ability of daily living(ADL)and serum related indexes in the elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From May 2014 to April 2018,a total of 170 elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time,with 85 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with edaravone and the observation group was treated with Xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone.The neurological function,ADL score,and the levels of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),S100B protein and myelin basic protein(MBP)were observed and compared.Results The scores of the national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)and ADL in two groups were significantly improved than those before treatment,especially in observation group(P<0.05).The levels of BNP,NO,MDA,NSE,S100B and MBP in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,especially in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xingnaojing injection combined with edaravone can effectively protect damaged brain neurons,improve nerve defect function,improve ADL,regulate the level of neural factor,improve prognosis in the elderly with acute cerebral hemorrhage.
