微波消解-ICP-AES法同时测定贵州茶叶中的砷、铅、镉、铬 被引量:11

Simultaneous Determination of Arsenic, Lead, Cadmium, and Chromium in Tea of Guizhou by Microwave Digestion-ICP-AES

摘要 建立一种同时测定茶叶中重金属砷、铅、镉、铬的微波消解-ICP-AES方法。称取0.3 g茶叶样品,加1.5mL过氧化氢、8.0 mL硝酸置于微波消解罐中进行微波消解。各元素分析谱线分别为Pb 220.353 nm、As 188.980nm、Cd 214.439 nm、Cr 267.716 nm。砷在0~500μg/L范围内,铅、镉、铬在0~100μg/L范围内呈现良好线性关系(r>0.999),砷、铅、镉和铬方法检出限分别为0.100, 0.092, 0.017和0.033 mg/kg。测定的茶叶中砷、铅、镉、铬,相对标准偏差分别为4.6%, 5.8%, 5.0%和6.7%,精密度良好。加标回收试验加标范围为0.02~0.50 mg/kg,回收率在87.8%~105.5%之间。测定绿茶标准物质(GBW 10052)的砷、铅、镉、铬含量, 4个元素测定值均在标准认定值误差范围内。该方法可快速准确测定茶叶中砷、铅、镉、铬的含量。 Establish a microwave digestion-ICP-AES method for simultaneous determination of arsenic, lead, cadmium and chromium in tea. The 0.3 g tea sample was weighed, added with 1.5 mL hydrogen peroxide and 8.0 mL nitric acid in a microwave digestion tank for microwave digestion. The analytical spectral lines were As 188.980 nm, Pb 220.353 nm, Cd 214.439 nm and Cr 267.716 nm. Arsenic had a good linear relationship in the range of 0-500 μg/L, while lead, cadmium and chromium had a good linear relationship in the range of 0-100 μg/L(r>0.999). The method detection limits of arsenic, lead, cadmium and chromium were 0.100, 0.092, 0.017 and 0.033 mg/kg, respectively. The relative standard deviation of lead, arsenic, cadmium and chromium in tea were 4.6%, 5.8%, 5.0% and 6.7%, respectively. This method has good precision. The recovery of standard addition was 87.8%-105.5% by added with 0.02-0.50 mg/kg standard material. The determination results of the four heavy metal elements of green tea reference substance(GBW 10052) were all within the error range of the standard values. This quick and accurate method could be used for determination of arsenic, lead, cadmium, and chromium in tea.
