泉州市绿化芒果实中重金属污染特征及健康风险

Characteristics of Heavy Metal Pollution in Greening Mango Fruit in Quanzhou and the Health Risks

摘要 为了解泉州市道路两侧芒果树果实中重金属含量以及经食入途径对人体产生的潜在健康风险,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对泉州师范学院、温陵路、新华北路、琯头小区和安泰路等5处绿化芒中重金属(Ni、Cr、Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn、As等)的含量进行测定,采用单因子指数与内梅罗综合指数对重金属污染程度进行评价,并通过靶标危害系数法(THQ)评价食用绿化芒存在的潜在健康风险.结果表明:(1)除温陵路、新华北路、琯头小区和安泰路等4处绿化芒中Cu未超标,其余点位Cu、Zn、As均超出国家标准.(2)单因子污染指数和内梅罗综合污染指数显示,除泉州师范学院芒果树果实中Cu为轻微污染,其余点位为清洁.此外,除琯头小区芒果树果实中Zn为轻度污染,其余点位为轻微污染.5个采样点绿化芒果实中As均为重度污染.(3)THQ和TTHQ均未超标,食用绿化芒果实对人群没有明显的健康风险. This study was conducted to understand the heavy metal content in fruit harvested from mango trees on both sides of the roads in Quanzhou City,and to assess the potential human health risks of ingestion.The heavy metal(Ni,Cr,Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn,As,etc.)content in greening mango fruits was determined at five locations,including Quanzhou Normal University,Wenling Road,North Xinhua Road,Guantou Community,and Antai Road,using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The degree of heavy metal contamination was evaluated using the single-factor index and the Nemero composite index,and the target hazard factor(THQ)method was used to assess community risk.The potential health risks of consuming greening mangoes were evaluated.The results showed that(1)except for greening mangoes harvested from locations near Wenling Road,North Xinhua Road,Guantou Community,and Antai Road,where Cu levels did not exceed the standard,Cu,Zn,and As exceeded national standards at all other points;(2)single factor pollution index and Nemero comprehensive pollution index results showed that except for mangoes harvested from Quanzhou Normal University,mild Cu pollution was found.The remaining points were clean.Mild Zn pollution was found in mangoes harvested from all locations except Guantou Community.The remaining locations were slightly polluted.Greening mangoes harvested from all five sampling locations were heavily polluted with As;(3)THQ and TTHQ were not exceeded,indicating no obvious health risk to the population.
