摘要
考虑到在含AGV的加工车间中,将AGV调度独立于工件调度会使问题复杂化,详细分析了单AGV与加工车间集成的调度问题特征并提供了解决方案。由于调度规则简单、易于应用且能及时响应生产环境,以最小化完工时间为目标,基于基因表达式编程智能挖掘出适用于该问题的高效调度规则,并详细介绍了算法用于调度规则设计的编码、两阶段解码以及规则挖掘流程。一系列典型规则对比实验以及大规模标杆案例测试证明了所挖掘规则的高效性、鲁棒性。并且通过对规则分析,找出了影响该问题的属性及其内在规律。
Considering that the AGV scheduling is independent of the job scheduling in the AGV-containing job shop,the problem is complicated.Hence,the characteristics of the single AGV and the job shop integrated scheduling problem was analyzed and a reliable solution was provided.Due to the dispatching rules are simple,easy to apply and can respond to the production environment in time,with the goal of minimizing the completion time,gene expression programming was used to dig out the efficient dispatching rules for this problems,and the algorithm coding,two-stage decoding and rule mining process were introduced in detail.A series of typical rule comparison experiments and large-scale benchmark case tests demonstrated the efficiency and robustness of the mining rules.Finally,through the analysis of the rules,the attributes affecting the problem and their inherent laws were found.
