摘要
针对既有社区留下的大量老旧住宅中的物理障碍、安全隐患等问题,提出一套住宅改装的思路,即根据不同类型的老人,制定预防型改装、自立型改装及尊严型改装的对策,并进行示意性方案设计,列出部品应用清单。
In view of the physical obstacles and hidden dangers in a large number of old houses left by existing communities,a set of ideas for residential modification is proposed.According to different types of old people,preventive modification,self-supporting modification and dignity modification are formulated.The countermeasures are made and a schematic plan is designed to present a list of parts to be applied.
