老年人照料设施室内环境色彩的适老性能测度研究

摘要 我国老年人照料设施建设已从注重规模和数量增长的时期,进入强调内涵和质量提升的新发展时期。室内环境色彩在提升老年人照料设施环境质量、修复老年人身心损伤、改善老年人生活质量等方面发挥突出作用。首先,本文通过梳理老年人需求与照料设施的环境色彩支持策略,确立室内环境色彩测度指标,包括安全性能、健康性能、舒适性能、诱目性能和个性化性能;其次,依据测度指标的量化方法开发模拟测量软件;最后,通过实验确定模拟测量值的合理阈值,并制订评价量表。本研究为老年人照料设施室内环境色彩优化设计提供方法及保障技术,同时也为推动概念主导的适老性设计向参数化的适老性能设计模式转型升级做出探索。 China is experiencing a stage of rapid population aging,in which the needs of older adults are shifting from mere survival to personal development.This presents a crucial challenge and opportunity for the upgrading of elderly care facilities,which are increasingly focusing on enhancing quality rather than merely expanding in scale.Since these facilities often serve as the primary living spaces for the elderly,the interior environments must not only meet basic needs,but also contribute to overall well-being.The color scheme of the interior environment plays an important role in enhancing environmental quality,promoting both physical and psychological recovery,and elevating the overall quality of life for older residents.However,most existing research on the coloration of interior care facilities for older adults adopts a qualitative approach and lacks quantitative metrics necessary for optimizing color design in such environments.This lack of knowledge limits the ability to lay a scientific basis for the improvement of the interior environment.With the development of color science,methods for both qualitatively and quantitatively characterizing the physical properties and visual appearances of color have been significantly refined.The age-friendly environment performance measurements of interior environmental color in care facilities for older adults will address this gap by providing effective design strategies and technological solutions.Firstly,this paper identifies key metrics for evaluating the methods and characteristics of interior environmental color in care facilities for older adults and outlines a quantitative approach by exploring the needs of the elderly.This paper refers to the Health Building Note 08-02 Dementia-Friendly Health and Social Care Environments and formulates performance objectives for interior environmental color applications in care facilities.The quantitative methods employed in this study include the RGB value method and the color density method.Different methods are applied to various indicators:the color density method is applied in measuring safety,inducibility,and personalization,while the RGB value method is employed to evaluate health and comfort.Meanwhile,a mapping relationship model between the requirements for interior environmental color and the objectives of age-friendly environment performance is constructed.Subsequently,this paper develops simulation measurement software for the interior environmental color of care facilities for older adults by using quantitative methods based on interior color measurement indicators.Although the color density method can be quantified directly,the RGB value method lacks a quantification tool.To overcome this limitation,the Image RGB Color Value Age-Friendly Environment Performance Simulation Measurement Software v1.0 is developed as proprietary software serving as a simulation tool for the RGB value method.It enables a more efficient and empirical approach to assessing indoor coloration in care facilities for older adults and provides technical support for developing measurement evaluation criteria.Finally,experiments are conducted to determine suitable thresholds for the simulated measurements and to develop an evaluation scale for the interior environmental color in care facilities for older adults.After developing the simulation software for evaluating the suitability of RGB color values for older adults,it remains necessary to conduct two experimental steps:determining the optimal color schemes and establishing the thresholds for RGB color values and color density.These steps aim to identify reasonable thresholds for the software's simulation of RGB color values related to health and comfort,as well as the color density thresholds for safety,inducibility,and personalization.This process ultimately supports the development of an evaluation scale,providing a foundation for optimizing the interior environmental color design of care facilities for older adults.Currently,the interior environmental color measurement and evaluation scale of care facilities for older adults is only used to assess the color performance of certain spaces within these facilities.However,it has the potential for broader application in overall evaluations in the future.
