双源CT Flash扫描对主动脉成像升主动脉图像质量的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨双源CT Flash大螺距扫描技术在主动脉CT血管成像(CTA)升主动脉图像质量中的作用.方法纳入120例行主动脉CTA的患者,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组各60例,分别采用常规扫描与Flash大螺距扫描,测量主动脉图像噪声、信噪比(SNR)及对比噪声比(CNR),记录射线剂量,并对图像质量进行评分.采用t检验对比客观指标差异,采用Mann-whitney检验对比主观指标差异.结果对照组与试验组平均身体质量指数(BMI)的差异无统计学意义(t=0.934,P>0.05),图像噪声、SNR及CNR的差异无统计学意义(t=1.494、2.641、2.402,P>0.05),辐射剂量的差异有统计学意义(t=6.899,P<0.01),主观质量评分的差异有统计学意义(U=2.77,P<0.01).结论应用Flash扫描模式可以较低的辐射剂量,获得更好的升主动脉图像质量. Objective To evaluate the effect of high pitch mode of Flash scan on image quality of aortic CT angiography(CTA)using dual-source CT.Methods 120 patients that needs aortic CTA were recruited and randomly divided into control and test group(60 subjects each).Standard scan mode was selected for the control group,Flash mode was selected for the test group.Radiation dose,image noise,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)were measured in the final images.Over all image quality was rated.Objective measurements were compared with t test,and subjective assessments were compared with Mann-whitney U test.Results There was no significant difference(t=0.934,P>0.05)in the BMI between two groups,and there were significant differences in image noise,SNR and CNR(t=1.494,2.641,2.402,all P>0.05).Radiation dose of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=6.899,P<0.01).lmage quality score of test group was significantly higher than control group(U=2.77,P<0.01).Conclusions Application of Flash mode can significantly reduce radiation dose and improve image quality of ascending aorta.
