摘要
针对高速公路分离式立交桥的混组合箱梁施工特点,从现场施工条件准备工作出发,通过采用大量参考文献的分析法、对比法,介绍了现场施工条件准备工作;从现场布局、搭设临时支架2方面入手,研究了现场布局及临时支架搭设,分析了施工工艺流程;从钢箱梁运输、吊装设备与节段存放和钢箱梁节段拼装、安装工艺要求、钢箱梁现场焊接5方面入手,研究了钢箱梁安装施工;总结了钢-混组合箱梁施工给高速公路分离式立交桥带来的积极影响。希望通过这次研究,为施工人员的工作提供有效的参考。
According to the construction characteristics of the steel-concrete composite box girder of the separation type overpass of the expressway,starting from the preparation of the site construction conditions,the preparation of the site construction conditions is introduced by using the analysis method and the comparison method of a large number of references.From the two aspects of site layout and temporary support erection,the site layout and temporary support erection are studied,and the construction process is analyzed.The steel box girder installation and construction are studied from five aspects:steel box girder transportation,hoisting equipment and section storage,steel box girder section assembly,installation process requirements and steel box girder field welding.This paper summarizes the positive influence of steel-concrete composite box girder construction on expressway separated overpass,and hopes to provide effective reference for the work of construction personnel through this study.
