摘要
文中以京张铁路DK19+667.143处新建的一座天桥为例,围绕钢结构吊装施工作业展开探讨,从施工风险、跨越地段、施工长度等方面确定节段划分及吊装设备,并提出吊装方案,重点对施工准备和吊装施工技术进行具体分析,总结施工工艺控制点,确保工程安全,并缓解对周边交通的不良影响,以期为城区大流量环境下的人行天桥钢结构施工提供参考。
The article takes a newly built overpass at DK19+667.143 of the Beijing Zhangjiakou Railway as an example to explore the steel structure hoisting construction operation.From the aspects of construction risk,crossing section,construction length,etc.,the division of sections and the determination of hoisting equipment are determined,and the hoisting plan is proposed.The focus is on specicf analysis of construction preparation and hoisting construction technology,s ummarizing construction process control points,ensuring project safety,and alleviating adverse effects on surrounding traffic,To provider eference for the steel structure construction of pedestrian overpasses in urban areas with high traffic flow.
