摘要
目的观察卡孕栓联合缩宫素治疗瘢痕子宫二次剖宫产术后出血的效果。方法选取本院2017年3月至2019年3月收治的150例瘢痕子宫二次剖宫产患者,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和常规组,各75例。对比两组患者治疗前后的出血状况改善、凝血速率及术后不良反应发生率。结果联合组患者术中、术后的出血量低于常规组(P<0.05),联合组患者术后的不良反应发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05),且联合组患者的凝血指标也明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论卡孕栓联合缩宫素可有效改善瘢痕子宫二次剖宫产术后出血症状,提高患者的凝血速率,降低术后不良反应的发生率,临床效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of Carboprost suppository combined with oxytocin on bleeding after second cesarean section of scarred uterus. Methods 150 cases of secondary cesarean section of scarred uterus in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were divided into combined group and routine group according to random number table method, with 75 cases in each group. The improvement of bleeding, coagulation rate and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of bleeding during and after operation in the combined group was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05), and the coagulation index in the combined group was also significantly better than that in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Carboprost suppository combined with oxytocin can effectively improve the bleeding symptoms after second cesarean section of scarred uterus, improve the coagulation rate of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after operation, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
