摘要
目的探讨帕金森病患者嗅觉功能减退与疾病分期、运动障碍的相关性。方法随机选取2016年8月~2018年8月我院帕金森病患者50例,将这些患者作为帕金森病组,另随机选取同期我院健康体检人员50例作为健康对照组,在无异味、通风、安静的环境中应用五味嗅觉测试液对两组人员的嗅觉识别阈值(IT)、嗅觉察觉阈值(DT)进行检测,然后统计分析两组人员5种气味物的DT、IT、5种气味物失嗅情况,并分析帕金森病组患者的帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)评分和嗅觉功能的相关性。结果帕金森病组1、1.5、2、2.5、3期患者的DT、IT均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。帕金森病组患者酸、香蕉、薄荷、花香、恶臭的DT、IT均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。帕金森病组患者的UPDRS评分总分、运动功能评分和DT、IT均无相关性(P>0.05)。帕金森病组患者酸、香蕉、薄荷、花香、恶臭失嗅率[12.0%(6/50)、34.0%(17/50)、46.0%(23/50)、34.0%(17/50)、52.0%(26/50)]均高于健康对照组[0.0%(0/50)、2.0%(1/50)、4.0%(2/50)、0.0%(0/50)、2.0%(1/50)](P<0.05)。结论不同疾病分期、运动障碍的帕金森病患者嗅觉功能减退程度均高于健康人群,但帕金森病患者嗅觉功能减退与疾病分期、运动障碍无相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation of olfactory dysfunction with disease stage and dyskinesia of Parkinson′s disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with Parkinson′s disease in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected as the Parkinson′s disease group,and 50 health check-ups in our hospital during the same period were randomly selected as the healthy control group.The olfactory recognition threshold(IT)and olfactory perception threshold(DT)of the two groups were detected by five-scent olfaction test solution in a non-odor,ventilated and quiet environment.Then the DT and IT,5 odorants loss of smell in the two groups were analyzed statistically,the correlation between Parkinson′s disease score scale(UPDRS)score and olfactory function of patients with Parkinson′s disease were analyzed.Results The DT and IT of patients with stage 1,1.5,2,2.5 and 3 in the Parkinson′s disease group were higher than the healthy control group(P<0.05).The DT and IT of acid,banana,mint,flower fragrance and stench of the Parkinson′s disease group were higher than the healthy control group(P<0.05).There were no correlations between UPDRS score,motor function score,DT and IT of patients with Parkinson′s disease(P>0.05).The rates of acid,banana,mint,flower fragrance and odor loss of smell of the Parkinson′s disease group(12.0%[6/50],34.0%[17/50],46.0%[23/50],34.0%[17/50],52.0%[26/50])were higher than the healthy control group(0.0%[0/50],2.0%[1/50],4.0%[2/50],0.0%[0/50],2.0%[1/50])(P<0.05).Conclusion The degrees of olfactory dysfunction in Parkinson′s disease patients with different disease stages and dyskinesia are higher than healthy people,however,olfactory dysfunction in patients with Parkinson′s disease has no correlation with disease stage and dyskinesia.
