高速低载波比下永磁同步电机电流环稳定性分析 被引量:44

Stability Analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Current Loop Control at High Speed and Low Carrier Ratio

摘要 针对永磁同步电机在高频运行和控制载波比低的情况下,电流环控制容易失稳的问题,采用基于复系数传递函数的方法,推导了表贴式永磁同步电机电流环的复系数开环和闭环传递函数。在同步旋转坐标系下,建立复系数电流环控制模型,利用根轨迹法分析电机阻抗耦合和数字控制延时对稳定性的影响,并给出电流环控制的失稳条件。对比电流反馈解耦和复系数PI解耦两种方法,采用一种改进的带角度补偿的复系数PI控制器,解决了电流环失稳问题。仿真和实验证明了理论分析的正确性和有效性。 Under the condition of high frequency operation of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) and low control carrier ratio, the current loop control is apt to lose stability. In this paper, the current open and closed loop transfer function based on complex-coefficients theory was established in the synchronous reference frame. On this basis, the root locus method was used to analyze the influence of motor impedance coupling and digital control delays on the stability of the current loop, and the instability conditions were presented. Two decoupling methods of current feedback(CFB) and complex-coefficient proportional-integrator(CC-PI) were compared, and the problem of current loop instability was solved by using an improved CC-PI controller with angle compensation. Simulation and experiment prove the correctness and validity of the theoretical analysis.
