摘要
                
                    通过对食用菌物流保鲜现况的分析,深入研究了食用菌保鲜的生理基础,阐述了其保鲜的原则,并进一步阐明了影响食用菌保鲜的因素及具体的食用菌保鲜方法。
                
                The current situation of edible fungi logistics preservation were analyzed, the physiological basis of edible fungi preservation were deeply studied, its preservation principles were expounded, and further studied the factors that affecting edible fungi preservation and the specific preservation methods.
