基于多指标综合评价的采场结构参数及回采顺序优选 被引量:15

Optimization of Stope Structure Parameters and Stoping Sequence Based on Multi-index Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要 基于山东金鼎铁矿现有分段凿岩阶段矿房采矿方法和采场结构参数,设计包含3种回采顺序和3种采场跨度共9组正交试验方案,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对9组试验方案进行数值模拟研究,获得采场应力、位移大小以及塑性区分布等计算结果。在此基础上,建立基于满意度的多指标综合评价模型,选取侧壁最大主应力、顶板最大主应力、侧壁最大水平位移、顶板最大竖直位移及塑性区体积共5个指标进行多指标综合评价及敏感性分析。研究结果表明:金鼎铁矿-470m水平采用"中央推向两侧"的回采顺序时满意度最大,在总体满意度达标的前提下,考虑采充次序过程中的满意度,进而确定最优采场跨度为18m。 Based on the existing sublevel-drilling stage-room stoping method and stope structural parameters in Jinding iron mine,Shandong Province,nine groups of orthogonal test schemes including three mining sequences and three stope spans were designed.The numerical simulation on nine test schemes was carried out by FLAC3D numerical simulation software,and the calculation results of stope stress,displacement and plastic area distribution were obtained.On this basis,a multi-index comprehensive evaluation model based on satisfaction degree was established.Five indexes were selected for comprehensive evaluation and sensitivity analysis,including the maximum principal stress of sidewall,the maximum principal stress of roof,the maximum horizontal displacement of sidewall,the maximum vertical displacement of roof and the volume of plastic zone.The results showed that the maximum satisfaction was obtained when stoping from center to both sides was adopted at the-470 m level of Jinding iron mine.On the premise of the overall satisfaction reaching the standard,the optimal stope span was determined as 18 m by taking satisfaction in the process of mining and filling sequence into consideration.
