摘要
紫金铜业有限公司采用闪速炉冶炼铜精矿,该工艺产生大量烟尘,排烟系统正常运行对生产非常重要。该炉投产以来,多次发生烟尘性质异常致使排烟系统设备内部烟尘粘结堵塞,严重影响了生产。本文结合该厂的生产现状,对铜精矿杂质含量、供风参数与入炉物料配比、排烟系统温度及其他原因导致排烟系统烟尘粘结现象作了分析,并提出了相应的控制措施。
Zijin Mining use flash furnace to smelt copper concentrate,and the process produces a large amount of flue dust,so it is very important to make the fume exhaust system running normally.Since the furnace was put into production,caking in fume exhaust happened multiple times caused by abnormal smoke and dust,which seriously affected the production.Combining with the production status of the plant,this article analyzed the cause which lead to caking in flash furnace fume exhaust such as the impurity content in copper concentrate,air supply parameter,the ratio of charging materials,fume exhaust system’s temperature and other reasons,and put forward corresponding control measures.
