摘要
闪速冶炼作为国内外大型铜冶炼厂主要采用的冶炼工艺之一,具有环保、能耗低、自动化程度高等优势。经过近几十年发展,国内铜冶炼厂结合自身实际情况和对引进技术的不断改进与创新,自主研发了一系列新的冶炼设备,取得了长足发展。着重介绍国内铜闪速冶炼引进并优化的精矿喷嘴等核心设备,国内外泥炮机等新兴设备在闪速冶炼车间的应用,以及设备改善后的技术创新。
As one of the main smelting processes used in large copper smelters at home and abroad,flash smelting has the advantages of environmental protection,low energy consumption and high degree of automation.After recent decades of development,the domestic copper smelters combined with their own actual conditions and the continuous improvement and innovation of imported technology,independent and developed a series of new smelting equipment,has made great progress.The core equipment such as concentrate burner introduced and optimized in domestic copper flash smelting,the application of new equipment such as clay gun machine at home and abroad in flash smelting workshop,and the technological innovation after the equipment improvement were mainly introduced.
