侧吹炉加锌精矿化矿-烟化炉挥发法处理锌浸出渣工艺探索 被引量:8

Exploration on the process of treating zinc leaching residue by side blowing furnace smelting with zinc concentrate and fuming furnace volatilizing method

摘要 湿法工艺冶炼锌会产生大量的浸出渣,这些浸出渣均为危废渣,必须进行无害化处理,目前现行的锌浸出渣的火法处理工艺存在能耗高、经济效益不理想等问题。本文介绍了为某项目设计的侧吹炉加锌精矿化矿-烟化炉挥发法处理锌浸出渣的工艺,对工艺流程、反应机理、热平衡计算,及工艺参数等做了详细说明。计算数据显示,该工艺处理每吨浸出渣能耗可以控制在20 kg标煤以内,较不加锌精矿工艺能耗降低了24%,节能效果明显,而且该工艺有利于伴生有价金属铟、银、锗等的回收,有利于提升企业经济效益。 Zinc hydrometallurgy will be produced a large amount of leached residue,which is hazardous waste and must be treated harmlessly.At present,the current pyrometallurgy process of zinc leaching residue has problems such as high energy consumption and unsatisfactory economic benefits.This paper introduced the process of treating zinc leaching residue by side blowing furnace smelting with zinc concentrate-fuming furnace volatilizing method designed for a project by the author,and explained the process flow,reaction mechanism,heat balance calculation and process parameters.The calculation results showed that the energy consumption per ton of leaching residue can be controlled within 20 kg of standard coal,which is reduced by 24%comparing with the process without zinc concentrate,and the energy saving effect is obvious.Moreover,the process is conducive to the recovery of concomitant metals such as indium,silver and germanium,which is beneficial to improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.
