摘要
制备高性能CO2分离膜是有效减少温室气体排放和净化能源气体的重要手段,分离膜材料的选择和改性研究以及膜结构的构建是提高CO2分离性能的关键。综述了用于CO2分离的有机、无机以及杂化膜材料,并重点阐述了有机高分子膜和杂化粒子的改性研究,总结了近几年发展的成膜新方法。提出C02气体分离膜未来的主要研究方向是开发高稳定性且能够克服CO2气体对膜的塑化效应,以及填充颗粒负载高、与有机聚合物界面相容性高的混合基质膜。
The preparation of high-performance C02 separation membrane is an important means to effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions and purify energy gas.The selection and modification of the membrane materials and the construction of the membrane structures are the key to improve the separation performance of CO2.The organic,inorganic and hybrid membrane materials used for CO2 separation were reviewed,and the modification of organic polymer membranes and hybrid particles was emphasized,and the new membrane-forming methods developed in recent years were summarized.It is proposed that the main research direction of C02 gas separation membrane in the future is to develop the mixed matrix membrane with high stability,loading of particles and compatibility with organic polymer,and which can overcome the plasticizing effect of C02 gas on the membrane.
