摘要
综述了CO2 、H2 S、SO2 、Cl2 及HCl等酸性侵蚀性气体分离膜材料的最新研究与应用进展 ,讨论了这类气体膜分离工艺对膜材料的要求 ,介绍了聚酰亚胺 (PI)、聚二甲基硅氧烷 (PDMS)、聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)、碳分子筛 (CMS)等几种耐蚀分离膜材料的特征结构、特点、适用的气体分离类型及相应的分离机理。
This review is focused on the recent progress in the researches and applications of the gas separation membranes for acid and aggressive gas separation processes. The requirements to the separation membrane working in an acid and aggressive environment are discussed. The membrane materials, namely polyimide(PI), polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS), cellulose acetate(CA), carbon molecular sieve(CMS), ceramics, modified porous glass, are also introduced respectively, including their characteristic configurations, properties, gases separation systems applicable and mechanisms.
