摘要
利用分离式霍普金森压杆(SPHB)试验系统,结合材料XRD物相分析和显微结构观察技术,对比研究微量添加Er对7xxx系铝合金显微组织和冲击变形及失效行为的影响。结果表明:微量添加Er阻碍了7xxx系合金中Al2ZnZr相的形成,形成单相固溶体,同时能细化晶粒,提高合金的强度和塑性,改变合金中剪切带斑图形貌;断裂模式由脆性断裂向韧性断裂转变。
The effect of micro-addition of Er element on the microstructure and behaviors of impact deformation and failure of 7 xxx series aluminum alloy were investigated by use of split Hopkinson pression bar(SHPB)test system,X-ray diffraction(XRD)phase analysis and microstructure observation. The results show that the formation of Al2 ZnZr phase in 7 xxx series aluminum alloy is hindered and the grain size can be refined by the addition of Er element,the single phase can be obtained. The strength and plasticity of the alloys have been improved. The morphology of shear band pattern can be changed and the fracture morphology was transformed from brittle fracture to ductile fracture by the micro-addition of Er element.
