摘要
为了论证温拌沥青混凝土技术和热拌温铺沥青混凝土技术在低温环境下施工的可行性,一方面对2种材料进行了基于GTM设计方法的优化设计;另一方面在有效压实时间确定的前提下,结合材料及环境参数,应用Pavecool软件进行了2种材料表面层施工适宜的低温环境量化分析,同时建立了基于施工设备管理、施工工艺优化、精细化管理及控制在内的低温施工质量保障体系,结论是温拌沥青混凝土技术和热拌温铺沥青混凝土技术2种技术具有在低温环境下施工的可行性,实体工程验证结果表明沥青路面低温施工效果良好,可供其他低温施工项目参考。
In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the warm-mixed asphalt concrete technology and the hot-mixed warm-paved asphalt technology in the low temperature environment,on the one hand,the two materials were optimized based on the GTM design method;on the other hand,under the premise of determining the effective compaction time,and in combination with materials and environmental parameters,the pavecool software was used to carry out a quantitative analysis of the low temperature environment suitable for the construction of the surface layers of two materials;at the same time,based on construction equipment management,construction process optimization,refined management and control,Quality Assurance System of low temperature construction was established.The results showed that the two technologies,warm-mixed asphalt concrete technology and hot-mixed warm-paved asphalt concrete technology,are feasible for construction in low-temperature environment.It is verified in practice that the low temperature construction effect of the asphalt pavement is good.Other low-temperature construction projects can refer to applications.
