摘要
本文通过分析平板热管散热器工作原理建立系统热阻模型,计算分析不同结构参数诸如平板热管蒸汽腔厚度,翅片厚度,间距及高度,以及相关外部参数诸如热源尺寸和风速对于传热性能的影响。据此进行相关结构优化计算并提出设计建议。与传热数值模拟结果对比,验证了采用热阻模型计算的准确性,为工程设计提供一定的理论基础。
In this paper,the system thermal resistance model is established by analyzing the working principle of flat heat pipe radiator.The influences of different structural parameters,such as the thickness of flat heat pipe steam chamber,fin thickness,spacing and height,as well as relevant external parameters,such as the size of heat source and wind speed,on heat transfer performance were calculated and analyzed.Based on this,some relevant structural optimization calculations and design suggestions are proposed.Compared with the results of heat transfer numerical simulation,the accuracy of the thermal resistance model is verified,which provides a theoretical basis for engineering design.
