摘要
习近平在全国高校思想政治工作会议中提出高校思政工作应以“立德树人”为根本,思想政治工作质量提升关乎“立德树人”目标的实现。对此,高校不断挖掘学生工作中育人要素,构建“十大育人体系”。从协同理论入手,分析网络育人协同工作的理论渊源和时代价值,基于其存在协同力量耦合度较低的情形,从制度、人员、内容、平台这四个方面阐述网络育人协同工作路径思路,旨在促进高校网络育人协同工作,增强网络育人实效性。
Xi Jinping proposed in the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities that the"ideological and political work"should be based on morality education and its achievement is related to the improvement of the quality of ideological and political work.In this regard,colleges and universities continue to tap the elements of educating students in their work and build the"Ten Education Systems".This paper starts with the synergy theory to analyze the theoretical origin and the value of the times of the collaborative work of network education.Based on the low degree of the coupling of collaborative power,this paper elaborates the paths and ideas of the collaborative work of network education from four aspects of system,personnel,content,and platform to promote the collaborative work of online education in universities and enhance the effectiveness of online education.
