Observation on the curative effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation on the treatment of bronchial asthma

摘要目的探讨玉屏风颗粒联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法46例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,联合组给予玉屏风颗粒联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂,均观察两组治疗前及治疗4、8和12周的哮喘控制情况、哮喘生活质量问卷(MiniAQLQ)评分及肺功能分数的变化。结果两组患者治疗4周较治疗前哮喘控制情况(ACT)评分明显升高,治疗8周和12周维持在治疗4周时的哮喘控制状态。联合组治疗4周后MiniAQLQ评分明显上升,治疗8周和12周维持4周时的MiniAQLQ;对照组MiniAQLQ评分治疗4、8周分别较前一阶段上升,治疗12周维持治疗8周分数。两组患者肺功能分数治疗前后对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合玉屏风颗粒治疗支气管哮喘患者具有较好的疗效及安全性,可降低激素类药物的使用频率。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granule combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation on the treating bronchial asthma.Methods Forty-six patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group and observation group.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation for 12 weeks,while observation group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation and Yupingfeng granules for 12 weeks.The control status of asthma,quality of life questionnaire score,and the lung function in the two groups before,after 4-week and after 8-week treatment.Results In the both groups,asthma control status was significantly higher after 4-week treatment than that before treatment;and the control status of asthma was maintained after 8-week and 12-week treatment.After 4-week treatment,the score of asthma was significantly increased in the observation group,and maintained throughout the 12-week treatment.In the control group,the score was significantly increased after 4-week treatment and 8-week treatment,and maintained after 12-week treatment.There was no significant difference in pulmonary function score before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide formoterol powder inhalation combined with Yupingfeng granule has good efficacy and safety on treating patients with bronchial asthma,and can improve the immunity of the body.
