摘要
目的探讨经腹部联合经阴道超声在卵巢囊肿蒂扭转中的诊断价值。方法选取2017年2月至2018年5月我院收治的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转(经手术及病理检查明确诊斯)患者108例,回顾性分析患者经阴道超声检查、经腹部超声检查的影像学检查资料,观察分析经腹部联合经阴道超声检查对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的诊断准确率。结果经腹部联合经阴道超声检查的诊断符合率为97.22%,明显高于经阴道超声的75.00%与经腹部超声的59.26%(P<0.05)。结论经腹部联合阴道超声诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的准确率较高,利于为临床救治提供参考,改善患者的预后状况。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound in ovarian cyst pedicle torsion.Methods 108 patients with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion(definitely diagnosed by surgery and pathological examination)admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected.The imaging data of transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively.The diagnostic accuracy of transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound was observed and analyzed.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 97.22%,significantly higher than 75.00%of transvaginal ultrasound and 59.26%of transabdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions Transabdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian cyst pedicle torsion has higher accuracy,which can provide reference for clinical treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.
