摘要
目的探讨联用复方丹参注射液、参芪降糖片和六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病的效果。方法随机选取2016年1月-2018年1月接受治疗的糖尿病患者200例作为研究对象,并采用随机分组法将其分为研究组和对照组。其中对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗基础上采用复方丹参注射液、参芪降糖片和六味地黄丸联合治疗。统计记录2组患者治疗有效率、24 h尿蛋白、肌酐、白蛋白、胆固醇以及饭后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、夜间血糖等相关指标。结果研究组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者24 h尿蛋白、肌酐、白蛋白以及胆固醇等指标均优于对照组患者且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者饭后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、夜间血糖等相关指标均优于对照组患者且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行复方丹参注射液、参芪降糖片和六味地黄丸联合治疗,能有效改善患者病情,对患者血糖指标起到很好的控制作用,利于患者康复,因此,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of combined Danshen injection, Shenqi Jiangtang tablet and Liuwei Dihuang pill on diabetes. Methods A total of 200 patients with diabetes who were treated from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly selected and divided into study group and control group by randomization. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The patients in the study group were treated with compound Danshen injection, Shenqi Jiangtang tablets and Liuwei Dihuang pill in the conventional treatment. The effective rate of treatment, 24 h urine protein, creatinine, albumin, cholesterol and 2 h postprandial blood glucose, fasting blood glucose, nocturnal blood glucose and other related indicators were recorded. Results By treating the two groups of patients, the therapeutic effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The 24 h urine protein, creatinine, albumin and cholesterol were all in the study group, compared with the control group, and there had statistical significance(P<0.05). The 2 h postprandial blood glucose, fasting blood glucose, nocturnal blood glucose and other related indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined treatment of compound Danshen injection, Shenqi Jiangtang tablet and Liuwei Dihuang iill in diabetic patients can effectively improve the patient’s condition and control the patient’s blood glucose index, which is beneficial to the patient’s recovery. Therefore, it is worth promoting.
