摘要
目的探讨参芪降糖片辅助二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的效果。方法选择2022年10月—2023年10月六盘水市第二人民医院收治的50例T2DM患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予二甲双胍片治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予参芪降糖片口服,两组治疗时间均为3个月。比较两组的临床疗效、血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总胆固醇及三酰甘油水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用参芪降糖片辅助二甲双胍治疗T2DM可明显改善患者的血糖水平及血脂水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablet in combination with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2DM)patients.Methods Fifty T2DM patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liupanshui City from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was given metformin tablets,while the observation group was given Shenqi Jiangtang tablets orally on the basis of treatment in the control group.The treatment time was three month for both groups.Compare the clinical efficacy,blood glucose levels,insulin resistance indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than the control group's 68.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of Shenqi Jiangtang tablets and metformin can significantly improve the blood glucose and lipid levels of T2DM patients,with high safety.
