摘要
重症哮喘在临床上较为多见,随着病情进展易引发多种并发症,导致患者死亡,故需及时实施准确诊治,甚至部分患者需用使用呼吸机进行治疗。文章探讨有创机械通气辅助治疗危重度支气管哮喘急性发作患者1例的效果,并通过文献复习证实有创机械通气临床应用价值。
Severe asthma is more common in clinic,with the progress of the disease,it is easy to cause a variety of complications and lead to the death of patients,so it is necessary to carry out accurate diagnosis and treatment in time,even some patients need to be treated with ventilators.The effect of invasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of one case patient with acute attack of severe bronchial asthma is discussed in this paper.
