摘要
目的:评价氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗社区老年冠心病的临床疗效。方法:2018年1-12月选取社区老年冠心病患者256例,随机分为两组各128例。试验组应用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗;对照组应用阿司匹林治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率、血浆纤维蛋白水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗社区老年冠心病临床效果较优。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease in community.Methods:From January to December 2018,256 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 128 cases in each.The experimental group was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin,the control group was treated with aspirin.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications and the level of plasma fibrin were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease in community is better.
