摘要
目的 探究对老年冠心病患者实施氯吡格雷结合阿司匹林治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月本院治疗的89例老年冠心病患者为研究对象,采用随机数分组法分成两组,参照组采取阿司匹林治疗,纳入44例,试验组采取氯吡格雷结合阿司匹林治疗,纳入45例,针对两组患者凝血功能、心功能、炎症因子、血脂水平及临床疗效进行综合分析。结果 试验组患者PT、APTT均高于参照组,FIB水平低于参照组,LVPWd、RWT及LVEDd均低于参照组,LVEF高于参照组,CRP、sICAM-1、IL-6及MMP-9水平均低于参照组,TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于参照组,HDL-C高于参照组,试验组临床疗效比参照组更显著,组间数值符合统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年冠心病应用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗取得显著的临床疗效,能有效改善患者心功能及血脂水平,调节凝血功能,减轻炎症反应。
Objective To explore effect of clopidogrel combined with aspirin on elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The paper chose 89 elderly patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.44 cases in reference group were treated with aspirin,and 45 cases in experiment group with clopidogrel combined with aspirin.Coagulation function,heart function,inflammatory factors,blood lipid levels and clinical effect between two groups were comprehensively analyzed.Results PT and APTT levels of experimental group were higher than reference group,FIB levels were lower than reference group,LVPWd,RWT and LVEDd were lower than reference group,LVEF was higher than reference group,CRP,sICAM-1,IL-6 and MMP-9 were lower in average than reference group,TC,TG,LDL-C levels were lower than reference group,HDL-C levels were higher than reference group,clinical effect of experimental group was more significant than reference group,P<0.05,values were statistically significant between two groups.Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with aspirin can achieve significant clinical effect in treatment of eldelry coronary heart disease,can improve heart function and blood lipid level effectively,regulate blood coagulation function and reduce inflammatory reaction of patients.
