摘要
文章依托"双一流"大学建设的背景,以管理学的管理职能为理论基础,以高校行政人员职业发展为组织目标,围绕高校协助行政人员规划、实施、评价及反馈职业生涯的这一动态管理过程展开研究。通过高校行政人员职业发展管理,使行政人员的职业发展目标与高校发展目标一致,使行政人员的发展与高校的发展相吻合,促进"双一流"大学建设。
Under the background of"Double First-class"university construction,this paper selects the management function of management as the theoretical basis,the career development of university administrators as the organizational goal,and focuses on the dynamic management process of universities assisting administrators in the planning,implementation,evaluation and feedback in their career.Through the management of the career development of administrative staff in universities,we aim to make the career development goals of administrative staff in line with the development goals of universities,the development of administrative personnel and the development of universities match,so as to promote the construction of"double first-class"universities.
