摘要
针对圆形连接器生产过程中撑簧圈难以自动装入的难题,提出一种基于机器视觉技术的连接器基座孔位识别与定位的撑簧圈自动装配方法。通过CCD工业相机采集基座图像,利用中值滤波、二值化等图像处理技术实现图像去噪抗干扰处理以准确提取特征数据。进一步,通过连接器基座主键角度计算模块和孔位坐标定位算法实现任意规格的基座主键旋转角度的计算和孔位坐标定位,并最终完成撑簧圈的自动装配任务。采用13芯基座进行现场测试,结果显示主键旋转角度不超过1.35°、装配合格率达到100%,验证了系统的有效性。
In order to solve the problem that the supporting spring coil is difficult to be loaded automatically in the production process of circular connectors,an automatic assembly method of supporting spring coil based on machine vision technology is proposed.The CCD industrial camera is used to collect the base image,and image processing techniques such as median filtering and binarization are used to realize image denoising and anti-interference processing to accurately extract feature data.Furthermore,the calculation of rotation angle of base primary key and location of hole-position coordinates of any specification connectors are realized through base primary key angle calculation module and the hole-position coordinate positioning algorithm.Finally,the automatic assembly task of the supporting spring coil is completed.The 13-core base is used for field test.The results show that the rotation angle of the primary key is not more than 1.35 degrees and the assembly qualification rate reaches 100%,which verifies the effectiveness of the system.
