摘要
目的分析探究综合性护理干预在糖尿病足护理中的应用效果。方法该次研究采取随机法,将2018年3月-2019年3月该院收治的78例糖尿病足患者划分为2组,对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者实行综合性护理干预,对比2组患者的临床护理效果。结果(1)对比统计结果发现,对照组与观察组护理后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白各项指标相比差异明显,2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)对比统计结果发现,对照组与观察组健康锻炼、饮食控制、自我护理及血糖监测各项指标相比差异明显,2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)对比统计结果发现,对照组与观察组护理后HAMA评分及HAMD评分各项指标相比差异明显,2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足实行综合性护理干预的效果显著,能有效控制血糖指标,大大增强自我护理管理能力,改善心理状态,值得在临床护理中使用及推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in diabetic foot care.Methods 78 patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The two groups were compared.Results 1.The results showed that there were significant differences in fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the control group and the observation group,and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.The results showed that There were significant differences between the control group and the observation group in health exercise,diet control,self-care and blood glucose monitoring indicators,and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.the results showed that there were significant differences in HAMA scores and HAMD scores between the control group and the observation group,and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic foot is significant,it can effectively control blood glucose index,greatly enhance self-care management ability,improve psychological state,and it is worth using and promoting in clinical nursing.
