摘要
目的探讨在糖尿病护理中应用综合护理的干预价值。方法选取2022年2月—2023年2月费县人民医院收治的80例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用综合护理方法。对比两组患者护理后血糖水平、生活质量和心理状况评分、护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组血糖水平、心理状况评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分、护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论采用综合护理能较好地控制糖尿病患者的血糖水平,其生活质量显著提升,患者满意度高。
Objective To explore the intervention value of comprehensive nursing in diabetes nursing.Methods A to⁃tal of 80 diabetic patients admitted to Feixian People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method,and the study group adopted the comprehensive nursing method.Blood glucose level,quality of life and psychological status scores,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the blood glucose level and psychological status scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can better control the blood glucose level of diabetes patients,significantly improve their quality of life and patient satisfaction.
