摘要
在实际发展的过程中,我国事业单位的改革在深入,所以在进行思想政治工作的过程中也需要创新和改革。我国社会主义市场经济的建设也在完善和确立,这也就使事业单位在进行思想政治工作过程中面临着许多新的问题和新的挑战。这篇文章在实际研究的过程中,主要是针对新形势发展背景下,不断增强事业单位的思想政治工作的引领力,不断完善思想政治工作,且进行更加深入的研究和分析。通过研究发现,如果想要不断地完善事业单位的思想政治工作,并且不断地加强其引导的能力,就必须要以人为本,创新工作的方式和方法,有效地提高工作人员的职业素质。
In the process of actual development,the reform of our country’s institutions is deepening,so innovation and reform are also needed in the course of ideological and political work.The construction of the socialist market economy in China is also being improved and established,which also makes institutions face many new problems and challenges in the process of ideological and political work.In the course of the actual research,this article is mainly aimed at the background of the new situation,continuously enhancing the leading power of the ideological and political work of the public institutions,continuously improving the ideological and political work,and conducting more in-depth research and analysis.Through the research,it is found that if we want to improve the ideological and political work of the institution continuously and strengthen its ability to guide,we must put people first,innovate the ways and methods of work,and effectively improve the professional quality of the staff.
