摘要
在拖拉机自动驾驶液压转向系统中,经常会使用到多种液压控制回路,通常是通过压力、流量、方向等单个或多个液压控制阀来实现回路功能。将所有液压元件逐个联接起来,中间需要多处过渡管路、连接阀块和连接密封,整个回路系统会很庞大,存在密集管道,安装复杂和维护操作困难以及出现许多泄漏位置等缺陷。在当前的设计中,越来越注重液压元件的集成使用。在文中将对一款新型拖拉机自动驾驶液压转向系统中的部分液压阀进行集成设计。
In tractor automatic driving hydraulic steering system,many kinds of hydraulic control loops are often used,usually through pressure,flow,direction and other single or multiple hydraulic control valves to achieve the loop function.Connecting all hydraulic components one by one requires multiple transitional pipes,connecting valve blocks,and connecting seals in the middle.The entire loop system can be huge,with dense pipes,Installation is complex and maintenance is difficult,and there are many defects such as leakage location.Therefore,in the current design,more and more attention is paid to the integrated use of hydraulic components.In this paper,the integrated design of some hydraulic valves in a new tractor automatic driving hydraulic steering system will be carried out.
