摘要
为了更精准地估算矿场集输过程中处理原油时挥发性有机物的挥发量,提出一种基于处理原油过程中温度和压力变化引起溶解度变化,来近似估算原油处理全年VOCs排放量的模型。该模型利用蒸馏曲线和API重度可以得出轻组分化合物C1-C6在原油中溶解度的相互关系,并将调查区域收集到的现场值与该区域模拟分析的预测值进行对比。结果表明,利用该模型模拟出的溶解度结果和收集到的现场数据所得到的溶解度相似,将API重度和蒸馏曲线对原油中挥发性有机化合物的各组分的溶解度变换量进行求和,可以建立出一种预测排放量的模型。因此,建立的估算原油处理全年VOCs排放量模型可应用到估算矿场集输原油处理过程中VOCs排放量的研究当中。
In order to estimate more accurately the volatile organic compounds(VOCs) emitted during crude oil processing in the gathering and transportation process in the field, a model is proposed to approximate the annual VOCs emissions in crude oil processing based on the solubility changes caused by temperature and pressure changes during crude oil processing. In this model, the distillation curve and API gravity can be used to obtain the correlation between the solubility of light component compound(C1-C6) in crude oil, and the field values collected in the investigation area can be compared with the predicted values by simulation analysis in this area. The results show that the solubility simulated by this model is similar to that obtained from the collected field data, and a model for emission prediction can be established by summing the solubility transformation amount of each component of volatile organic compounds in crude oil by using API gravity and distillation curves. Therefore, the established model for estimating VOCs emissions in crude oil treatment can be applied to the study of estimating VOCs emissions in crude oil treatment in the field.
