摘要
民营医院作为医疗卫生事业发展的重要组成部分,国家积极支持民营医院的发展,但是目前民营医院的发展需要取得患者的信任和支持。民营医院的社会责任信息披露可以解决医疗信息不对称问题,降低患者与医院的交易成本,从而赢得患者的信任和支持,并做出就医行为选择。针对目前没有实证研究的情况,本研究通过对研究的实验组和控制组的实证调查分析,验证了民营医院社会责任信息披露对患者就医决策构成正相关影响的假设,有利于民营医院通过社会责任信息披露路径获得患者的就医选择,并据此提出强化民营医院社会责任信息披露的对策。
Private hospitals are an important part of the development of medical and health services.The state actively supports the development of private hospitals,but the development of private hospitals requires the trust and support of patients.The disclosure of social responsibility information in private hospitals can solve the problem of asymmetry in medical information,reduce the transaction costs between patients and hospitals,and win the trust and support of patients,and make medical treatment choices.In view of the fact that there is no empirical research,this research validates the hypothesis that the disclosure of social responsibility information of private hospitals has a positive impact on patients'medical decision-making through the empirical investigation and analysis of the experimental group and the control group of the study,which is conducive to the adoption of social responsibility by private hospitals.The information disclosure path obtains the patient's choice of medical treatment,and accordingly proposes countermeasures to strengthen the disclosure of social responsibility information of private hospitals.
