摘要
采用SWOT分析法,对我国现代民营医院的发展进行分析研究,认为我国民营医院迎来了历史发展的黄金时期,具备体制、机制灵活的优势特点,通过社会资本大量注入和借力现代科技发展,民营医院成为我国现代医院的生力军。但由于受整体环境影响,民营医院的发展仍面临巨大困难。文章根据民营医院的发展现状分析,构建SWOT矩阵,使用SO战略、WO战略、ST战略、WT战略,为民营医院的战略发展提出合理化建议。
In this paper,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze and study the development of modern private hospitals in China.It is believed that private hospitals in China have ushered in a golden period of historical development.They have the advantages of flexible system and mechanism,and can take a large amount of social capital injection and the development of modern science and technology as an opportunity to become new force of modern hospitals in China.However,due to the impact of overall environment,the development of private hospitals is still facing enormous difficulties.Based on the analysis of current development situation,this paper constructs SWOT matrix.It uses SO strategy,WO strategy,ST strategy,WT strategy so as to put forward reasonable suggestions for the development strategy of private hospitals.
