摘要
运用DEA模型和综合指数法测算出湖北省13个市州2010-2017年旅游效率与广义虚拟经济发展水平综合指数,并构建耦合协调度模型对旅游效率与广义虚拟经济发展水平耦合协调关系进行时空分析。结果表明:(1)2010-2017年湖北省旅游效率总体水平较高,且呈波动上升态势,省内旅游效率差异明显,武汉、襄阳、鄂州等城市旅游效率一直处于生产前沿面,黄冈、孝感旅游效率相对较低。(2)2010-2017年湖北省整体上经济发展水平总体呈上升态势,且伴有小幅震荡。省内13地级市贫富差距明显,武汉、宜昌、鄂州一直稳居前三,黄冈、恩施排名靠后。(3)2010-2017年湖北省城市旅游效率与经济发展水平的耦合协调度均值呈小幅上升趋势。各市州耦合协调度值的空间差异较小,但存在进一步扩大的趋势。对城市旅游效率与经济发展水平的耦合协调关系分析发现:城市旅游效率与经济发展水平越高,两者的耦合协调度越高。
Using DEA model and comprehensive index method, the comprehensive index of tourism efficiency and generalized virtual economy of 13 cities and prefectures in Hubei Province in 2010-2017 is calculated, and the coupling co scheduling model is constructed to analyze the coupling and coordination relationship between tourism efficiency and economic development level in time and space. The results show that:(1) From 2010 to 2017, the overall level of tourism efficiency in Hubei Province is relatively high, and it fluctuates and rises. There are obvious differences in tourism efficiency in Hubei Province. The tourism efficiency of Wuhan, Xiangyang, Ezhou and other cities has been at the forefront of production, while the tourism efficiency of Huanggang and Xiaogan is relatively low.(2) From 2010 to 2017, the overall economic development level of Hubei Province is on the rise, accompanied by small shocks. There is an obvious gap between the rich and the poor in 13 prefecture level cities in the province. Wuhan, Yichang and Ezhou have always been in the top three, while Huanggang and Enshi are in the bottom.(3)From 2010 to 2017, the average value of the coupling coordination degree of urban tourism efficiency and economic development level in Hubei Province showed a slight upward trend. The spatial difference of coupling coordination degree between cities and states is small, but there is a trend of further expansion. The analysis of the coupling and coordination relationship between urban tourism efficiency and economic development level shows that the higher the level of urban tourism efficiency and economic development, the higher the coupling and coordination degree of the two.
