装配式地铁站钢板-混凝土空心叠合板受弯性能 被引量:3

Bending Performance of Steel Plate-concrete Hollow Composite Slab for Prefabricated Metro Stations

摘要 装配式地铁站钢板-混凝土空心叠合板具有自重轻、施工方便等优点,有较好的应用前景。本文基于ABAQUS软件对钢筋混凝土叠合板进行有限元分析,并将有限元分析结果与试验进行对比,验证钢筋混凝土空心叠合板有限元分析的可靠性;在此基础上分析预制钢板-混凝土空心叠合板的受弯性能,为装配式地铁车站用空心叠合板提出合理的截面尺寸。研究结果表明:本文建立的钢筋混凝土空心叠合板有限元分析结果与试验结果对比最大相差7.0%;内模厚度对预制钢板-混凝土空心叠合板的极限承载力及刚度影响最大幅度为15.5%。建立的有限元模型可有效的模拟钢筋混凝土空心叠合板的受弯性能;预制钢板-混凝土空心叠合板的合理截面为内模厚度200mm、内模宽度200mm、内模长度500mm;为实际生产和制备提供理论依据。 Steel-concrete hollow composite slabs of prefabricated subway stations have advantages of light weight,convenient construction and good application prospects.Based on ABAQUS software,the finite element analysis of reinforced concrete composite slab is carried out,and the finite element analysis results are compared with the test to verify the reliability of finite element analysis of reinforced concrete hollow composite slab.On this basis,the precast steel-concrete hollow composite slab is analyzed.The bending performance provides a reasonable cross-sectional dimension for the hollow laminated panels of the assembled metro station.The results show that the finite element analysis results of the reinforced concrete hollow composite slabs established in this paper are different from the experimental results by a maximum of 7.0%.The maximum thickness of the internal dies on the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of the prefabricated steel-concrete composite slabs is 15.5%.The established finite element model can effectively simulate the bending performance of reinforced concrete hollow composite slabs.The reasonable section of prefabricated steel-concrete hollow composite slabs is 200mm in inner mold thickness,200mm in inner mold width,500mm in inner mold length.For actual production and preparation a theoretical basis is provided.
