摘要
研究了以索尔库都克铜钼矿为原料,采用焙烧-碱浸-净化-酸沉工艺制备钼酸铵。试验结果表明:钼精矿在630~650℃下焙烧4h,然后用碳酸钠溶液浸出,在碳酸钠用量50g、温度80℃、液固体积质量比3/1、浸出时间90min条件下,钼浸出率达96.75%;浸出液经净化、酸沉获得钼酸铵,整个过程中,钼损失率仅1.47%,回收效果较好。
Ammonium molybdate was prepared using Solkuduk copper-molybdenum ore by roastingleaching-purification-precipitation process.The results show that the leaching of molybdenum reaches96.75%under the roasting conditions of temperature of 630~650℃,time of 4 h,sodium carbonate dosage of 50 g,and leaching conditions of temperature of 80℃,liquid-to-solid ratio of 3/1 and time of 90 min.Ammonium molybdate is obtained from leaching solution by purification and acid precipitation,the loss rate of molybdenum is only 1.47%in the whole process,the recovery effect is good.
