摘要
研究了还原水解-镁盐共沉淀法对Na2WO4溶液深度除铬的工艺,并用碱浸法一次实现了铬镁渣中的钨铬分离。结果表明:在70℃下加入3倍理论量的Na2S,控制pH值为8~9,反应0.5 h,加入1%的MgSO4溶液继续反应0.5 h后过滤,滤液m(Cr)/m(WO3)<1.6×10^-4;铬镁渣浸出终点碱度控制在30~40 g/L,最终可实现WO3回收率>96%,浸出液m(Cr)/m(WO3)<1.6×10^-4。
The process of deep chromium removal from Na2WO4 solution by reductive hydrolysis-magnesium salt coprecipitation was studied,and the separation of tungsten from chromium in chromium magnesium slag was realized by once alkali leaching.The results show that after adding 3 times the theoretical amount of Na2S at 70℃,controlling the pH value at 8~9 for 0.5 h,adding 1%MgSO4 solution to continue the reaction for 0.5 h,and then filtrating,the ratio of Cr content to WO3 content in the filtrate is less than 1.6×10^-4.When the final alkalinity of chromium magnesium slag leaching is controlled at 30~40 g/L,WO3 recovery is more than 96%,and the ratio of Cr content to WO3 content in the leaching solution is less than 1.6×10^-4.
