摘要
目的:探讨左侧倾斜卧位联合全程关爱护理对产妇的影响。方法:选取2017年1月~2018年1月于福建医科大学附属第一医院待产的产妇120例作为研究对象,随机分为左侧组(采用左侧倾斜卧位联合全程关爱护理)和仰卧组(仰卧位联合常规护理)各60例,对比两组产妇产程及母婴结局。结果:左侧组产妇第一、二产程所耗时间低于仰卧组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇第三产程所耗时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。左侧组产妇对护理的满意度明显高于仰卧组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左侧组产妇剖宫产率及产后出血、新生儿窒息等不良结局发生率明显低于仰卧组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用左侧倾斜卧位联合全程护理方式能够显著缩短产妇的第一、二产程时间,减轻产妇痛苦,降低不良结局发生率,提高产妇的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of left lateral decubitus position combined with whole course care on puerpera.Method 120 pregnant women who were in labor in our hospital in January 2017~2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups:the left side group(left inclined decubitus position combined with whole-course care)and the supine group(supine position combined with routine care),60 cases in each group.The birth process and maternal and neonatal outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results The time spent in the first and second stages of labor in the left group was lower than that in the supine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in consumption time between the two groups of third stages of labor(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the left side group was significantly higher than that of the supine group(P<0.05).The incidence of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia and other adverse outcomes in the left group were significantly lower than those in the supine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The left inclined decubitus position combined with whole-course nursing can significantly shorten the duration of the first and second childbirth,alleviate maternal pain,reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes,and improve maternal satisfaction.
