摘要
目的探讨胸外科护理带教中应用基于互联网的立体化教学模式联合PBL教学法的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年4月我院胸外科实习护生36名作为研究对象,随机将其等分为试验组和对照组,对照组应用PBL教学法,试验组应用基于互联网立体化教学模式联合PBL教学法。比较两组护生各项考核成绩评分。结果试验组理论知识、实际操作、自学能力、沟通能力明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论胸外科护理带教中应用基于互联网的立体化教学模式联合PBL教学法,能提高临床教师的综合素质和教学水平,使实习护生的各项成绩得到明显提高,提高了实习护生工作胜任力。
Objective To explore the effect of Internet-based three-dimensional teaching mode combined with PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of thoracic surgery. Methods To select 36 nursing students of thoracic surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a experimental group and a control group. The control group applied PBL teaching method,and the experimental group applied Internet-based three-dimensional teaching model combined with PBL teaching method. The assessment scores of each examination achievement of nursing students were compared between the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge,practical operation,self-learning ability and communication ability of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of Internet-based three-dimensional teaching mode combined with PBL teaching method in nursing teaching of thoracic surgery could improve the comprehensive quality and teaching level of clinical teachers,improve the performance of nursing students,and improve the work capability of nursing students.
